Born under a generous sun and deeply multicultural, I grew up with the conviction that every culture reveals a singular way of seeing, feeling and telling the world. My path, at the crossroads of research, storytelling and creation, shaped the way I inhabit the world — with empathy, curiosity and a deep attention to what connects us.
For several years I studied how images, media and narratives shape our perception of reality. This research taught me that before photographing, one must first know how to observe: to listen to silences, to notice the smallest gestures and to recognise those fragile instants where a story reveals itself.
It is at the heart of matrescence that my photography was truly born. Motherhood did not only transform my life; it transformed my gaze. It taught me to slow down, to see differently, to welcome the invisible and to understand that the deepest emotions often lie in the simplest gestures. Since then, my camera is no longer a mere tool: it has become the extension of a presence to the world shaped by the experience of being a mother.

My world sits at the meeting point of documentary, fine art and editorial. Mostly in black and white, I compose images where simplicity, light and authenticity take precedence over staging. I do not pursue aesthetic perfection; I seek a truth able to cross time without ever losing its emotion.
Every session is an invitation to slow down. Each image becomes the trace of a moment that will never happen the same way again: an emotion, a light, a presence, a breath of life suspended between two beats of time.
Through my work, I wish to preserve what connects us, to make the invisible visible and to pass on, with sincerity and poetry, the fragile beauty of existence. If my photographs one day become living memories, family legacies and the silent witnesses of a love that crosses generations, then they will have found their reason to be.
Celebrating every stage
Woman has become the prism through which I contemplate the human experience. My work celebrates every stage of her existence: from the first moments of life to childhood, from adolescence to the awakening of femininity, from pregnancy to motherhood, from breastfeeding to menopause, all the way to the golden age. Where our era glorifies certain periods and erases others, I choose to honour each of these metamorphoses. Menopause is, to me, a rebirth; the golden age, the expression of a beauty freed from time, shaped by memory, strength and wisdom.
Yet through woman, it is the human being that I observe. Bonds, transmissions, fragilities, joys and resilience reveal themselves there with a particular intensity. To photograph women is to tell the story of what unites us all.
